There are many things you can change in your diet when you are pregnant. When you decide you are ready to have a baby your doctor may tell you to start on those pre-natal vitamins right away. Taking those vitamins is one of the most important things you can do for your baby while you are pregnant. You may need to try a few different brands until you find the one that you like. Some may cause you to have nausea, and since you need to take is every day it is important to find one that is right for you. You can try taking it at the time of day when you are least nauseas. Even with the vitamin you still want to make sure you are eating a healthy diet. Pregnancy may come with many food aversions and cravings. You may find yourself craving certain foods that you don’t normally eat. It is good to have what you crave even if it is junk food you can have just a little. You may also find yourself getting repulsed from foods you used to love. This is very common and normal among many pregnant women. Still, you have to make sure you are eating lots of vegetables and fruit because they are very good for you and for your growing baby. At every meal, you should try to have a protein, like meat, chicken, beans, soy, eggs etc… Nuts are also a great snack and are a good source of protein. When eating dairy like milk and cheese you have to make sure they are pasteurized. This helps to protect you and your baby from dangerous bacterial infections. Even eggs now come pasteurized. This gets rid of the risk of salmonella poisoning. Getting a lot of calcium is also very important. Try to have two glasses of milk a day. If you do not like milk you can ask your doctor to recommend a good calcium supplement that is safe to take while pregnant. If you are taking other vitamins or supplements be sure to discuss this with your doctor first, because taking too much is not good. I don’t recall the extent of President George Bush’s or President Obama’s campaign focus on children and issues concerning children but future presidents would surely be praised for focusing on children during their campaigns and later during their presidential tenures.

1.{Dumbbells for bench presses: You should lie down on an exercise bench while holding the dumbbells in your hands. | Get the dumbbells and lie down on a bench with them in your hands. | Bench presses with dumbbells: while holding the dumbbells in hand, lie down on a exercise bench. | The Dumbbell bench press: Find an exercise bench and while holding dumbbells in your hand, lie down. | Bench pressing with dumbbells: On an exercise bench, make sure you lie down while holding the dumbbells. The dumbbells should be firmly positioned on top of the chest with the elbows at a ninety degree angle. Feet should be flat on the floor. When raising the dumbbells up and down, make sure to not lock your elbows. Do about eight to twelve a set. As you get stronger you should increase the number of weights and sets.

2.Dumbbells with Chest flies: This exercise is best recommended with bench flies as it gives you a complete workout for the chest, although you can feel it only on outer chest area. To start, on an exercise bench, lie down. The dumbbells should be held firmly over your chest. Keep the palms facing inward with your elbow bent slightly. After this, lower weights outwards in wide arc by the sides. Bring the weights back up again only when you reach shoulder length. Repeat eight to twelve times per set. The number of weights and repeats you do is determined by your increased strength.

3. Pushups: A chest exercise that is regarded as the most effective. Not only do pushups work the chest, but also muscles in the abs, back and thigh. When doing pushups, try not let your abs droop and your also trying to keep your back straight at the same time. To support your weight, get down on your hands and knees, with the hands situated exactly below the shoulders. Bend your arms from elbow position and let your chest go down just about it is above the floor. Once you are down to floor level raise yourself back up. You should do the exercise eight to twelve times per set and try to increase the amount every time.
